This LISTING is for a custom blank (single design) of your request.
All custom purchases are NON REFUNDABLE!
Sizing: Blanks are 3" at their widest point; If you are needing a different size please contact me prior to purchase.
What is required for you to purchase this listing:
- A Minimum of 10 Blanks are required to purchase a custom blank request.
What will take place after your purchase:
- Within 1 business day you will receive an email if we have not already discussed your custom blank needs.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for your design to be drawn and sent back via email for your approval.
What you will receive:
- SVG File for cutting to match the Blank
- Qty of Blanks purchased for custom blank design
Due to the nature of these blanks, refunds and exchanges are NOT OFFERED!
When will be order ship?
➳ Most items in our store, are made to order just for you! Due to the time the process takes orders typically ship within 3-5 business days from the date the order is received. Please check website banner for any shipping updates/delays.
➳Exception to 3-5 days are the following:
In Stock Heat Transfers - Ship within 1-2 business days.
Pre-Order Heat Transfers - Please read listing for shipping dates.
Will my order ship all together?
➳ Some items ship separate from others, but all items will ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive separate tracking if more than one package is shipped.
➳ Any items in Everyday Tee Collection will ship together, unless getting the order to you quicker results in two shipments.
➳ Any items in Heat Transfers (aside from Pre-Orders) & Blanks will ship together if possible. We will not ship transfer & blanks together if we fear any damage to either product.
➳ Any items in Pre-Order will ship separate from all other items and must not be order with any other items. If you choose to order Pre-Order items with RTS items your items will be held until all items arrive and can ship together.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
➳ Absolutely! We ship via UPS or USPS based on your choice at checkout.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during a shipment?
➳ If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the order. We will require pictures of package, merchandise, and sticker from USPS showing damaged. Once we receive all the required information we will replace the package for you.
➳ If your package is lost during transit (does not show delivery), please contact us after 10 business days from date shipped. We will be more than happy to assist you by placing a lost mail request. If the USPS happens to not find the package, we will replace the package for you after the missing mail search is complete.
➳ If your package is missing and shows delivered, we suggest you contact your local USPS. We can not file a claim, due to the package showing delivered. USPS should be able to provide you with the location of delivery.
➳ You will receive an e-mail with the tracking information once your order is processed and ready for shipment.
➳ During the checkout process you can add your number to receive text messages with tracking information for your package.
